Below you will find a wide variety of tools to enhance your emotional well-being. Steve Mensing created and developed these processes to give people a way to tap into their own innate abilities to work with their feelings, transform stuck beliefs, and experience their core, essential selves. The list of Emoclear processes below is long due to the wide variety of personal styles people bring to the table: different strokes for different folks. Find the processes that work well for you and use them to brighten up the areas of your life you'd like to improve. The most popular processes of the Emoclearians are marked by a double asterisk (**).

You may browse for processes in a couple of ways.

If you know the process you want:
1. Go to the Processes A-Z table.
2. Click on the process you want in the table according to the letter of the alphabet the process begins with.
Example: to locate Emo-Exposure Integrator :
1. Click on Processes A-Z
2. Click on Emo-Exposure Integrator under "E" in the table.

If you know you need a certain type of process, but not sure which one:
1. Click on the Processes by Category link and view the different types of processes
2. Click on the category you want to browse, and then find a suitable process within that category's table
Example: you want to break a habitual pattern, but you don't know which process you want:
1. Click on Processes by Category.
2. Click on Habit & Behavioral Pattern Exercises
3. Click on a process such as the Habit Cracker in the table.
